As someone who spent over a decade rebuilding broken workflows inside large organizations, I know how it feels to watch smart, capable people get buried under work that should never have been on their plate.
I have seen teams lose hours chasing the same update, answering the same question five different times, running the same manual process over and over. Nobody builds a messy business on purpose. But without the right system, even the most talented people end up doing work about work — grinding hard without moving forward.
When I started working for myself, I found out the problem follows you. You are the whole team. So when the system breaks, everything stops.
I know that feeling. And I built a system to fix it.
